首先，谨代表香港律师会祝贺中国法律服务公司二十周年志庆。中国法律服务公司的成立标志着中国委托公证人审核加章转遁制度的建立，该制度自1992年1月15日建立以来一直促进内地使用香港签发的公证文书的稳步发展。香港律师获委担任中国委托公证人由原来的8名增加至今天330多名。近年来随着两地民间交往和商业活动不断的增加，在港提供的中国公证服务需求亦明显地增加。
The 20th Anniversary of China Legal Service （HK） Ltd.
First of all, on behalf of The Law Society ofHong Kong, I extend my best wishes to China Legal Service （HK） Ltd. （＂CLS＂） on its 20th anniversary. CLS＇s establishment signifies the setting up of the Mainland system of＇verified deliveries＇ of documents attested by the China-Appointed Attesting Officers （＂CAAOs＂） in Hong Kong. The implementation of this system since 15 January 1992 has enhanced the gradual development of the attestation services by the CAAOs. The number of Hong Kong solicitors appointed as CAAOs has increased from the original 8 to more than 330 today.
