摘要
受国家发展改革委的委托，中国电力工程顾问集团公司组织东北院、西北院和华北院，于2006年7月～11月进行了调研，此次调研根据5个条件，选择了50个电厂共186台机组进行了收资、调研和分析，按时提出了调研报告。
According to the consigning of station development ＆ reform commission, china power engineering consulting group corporation have organized investigation from July to November in 2006, Attending members include North-East insitute, North- West institutes and HuaBei institute. According to five terms in the investigation, choice fifty power plants, 186sets condensing unit, collecting information dates, investigating ＆ analysising, the report have been put for word in time.
