摘要
目前,国内自行设计的超超临界塔式锅炉已有十多台的订货业绩。在锅炉招标阶段应对塔式炉带来的一些问题加以分析,以做出更客观的评判。比如,塔式炉的炉膛出口的定义应突破国内相关导则的规定;选用塔式炉时应考虑地基处理和四大管道投资的增加对工程总造价的影响;对于超超临界参数的塔式炉应重视高温受热面材料的选择等。本文对上述问题列举了多个工程的详细数据进行分析和比较。
More than 10 ultra-supercritical tower type boiler supplied domestically have been ordered so far. It is necessary to analysis some technical and commercial items in the boiler bidding assessment. A new definition of furnace outlet shall be introduced in tower type boiler rather than following the domestic codes, meanwhile additional cost of tower type boiler shall be considered, such as the cost on foundation and unit eritical piping, and furthermore, high attention on the material using for boiler high-temperature heating surface shall be paid. Detail data and deep analysis on such items of several project is demonstrated in the paper.
