摘要
将影响路段全天候运营安全的因素进行层次划分,在规范和一定的数据统计基础上,建立了模糊判断矩阵.通过层次分析法和专家评分法,确定各因素的权重,采用梯形隶属函数,对道路运营安全服务等级进行二级模糊综合评判.提出根据各路段在路网拓扑结构中的重要程度、两端连接路段的数量、路段历史交通量以及道路设施类型等4个方面,确定路段权重的思想,并通过对路段评判结果的加权求和来评定高速公路路网安全性.最后以算例说明评价过程.
The factors that affect freeway network safety for all-circumstance operation have been hierarchically divided, and fuzzy judgment matrix has been established on the basis of specification and certain statistic data. Based on analytic hierarchy process and specialist-scored method, weighing of each factor is determined. Then two-level fuzzy comprehensive judgTnent is made to evaluate safe service rank of segment operation. The idea of how to confirm segment's weighing is advanced according to the important degree in the road network coalescence, the connecting segments amount of both ends, history traffic volume and the type of highway facilities. Then network's safety is determined by the weighed sum of segments. In addition, the course of judgment is illustrated by an example.
