多巴胺及相关生物活性物质与实验性近视的关系 被引量:2

摘要 实验性近视的形成是眼球主动生长和重新塑形的结果。形觉剥夺或镜片诱导时视网膜释放某些生物活性物质,调节巩膜生长状态和脉络膜厚度,促进近视发生,多巴胺就是其中一种重要物质。本文就多巴胺在眼部的功能,与实验性近视的关系,及其通过多巴胺 D_2受体对实验性近视的作用进行阐述,并就其与其他生物活性物质(褪黑素、乙酰胆碱、全反式维甲酸、成纤维生长因子)之间的相互作用,探讨其对实验性近视的作用机制。
