烟气中气体组分对活性半焦脱硫性能的影响

摘要 用自制的活性半焦颗粒在SO2-O2-N2-H2O(g)体系下,在动力学控制条件范围内,考察了SO2浓度为0.08%~0.2%,O2浓度为4%~10%,H2O(g)浓度为6%~14%,反应温度为368~398 K范围内SO2、O2、H2O(g)及温度等对活性半焦脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:脱硫速率对O2浓度变化最不敏感,SO2次之;对H2O(g)的浓度变化最为敏感,且存在一个最佳的浓度值(8%)。 With the range of SO2 0.08%-0.2%, O2 4%-10%, H2O (g) 6%-14% and temperature 368-398 K, in the system of SO2-O2-N2-H2O(g), the effects of H2O(g), SO2, O2 and temperature on the desulphurization characteristic of the manual activated semi-char were investigated under the kinetic controlling condition. The results showed that the sensitivity of the desulphurization rate was under the following order: H2O (g)〉SO2〉O2 can be drawn. In addition, when the maximum desulphurization rate was achieved, an optimum H2O(g) concentration was observed at 8%.
