摘要
采用高碘酸纳对竹浆纤维进行选择性氧化,研究了氧化剂浓度对竹浆纤维的失重率和醛基含量的影响及对纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率、初始模量等力学性能的影响.结果表明,增大氧化剂浓度可以提高高碘酸钠对竹浆纤维的氧化程度,使醛基含量增加;氧化后竹浆纤维的断裂强度、初始模量均呈下降趋势.
Bamboo pulp fiber was prepared by selective oxidation with sodium periodate. The structure of 2,3-dialdehyde was analyzed by X-Ray. This paper reported the effect of oxidant's concentration on the growth rate, the amount of aldehyde groups and mechanical properties of oxidized bamboo pulp fiber. The result showed that the strength, elongation at break and initial modulus of oxidized bamboo pulp fiber all decreased.
