秸秆基质的不同配比对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以津优10号黄瓜品种为材料,研究小麦秸秆基质的不同配比对黄瓜幼苗生长势、叶片光合特征的影响。结果表明,在秸秆基质中加入蛭石或草炭可明显改善其理化性状,50%秸秆+50%蛭石和50%秸秆+50%草炭处理幼苗的叶片数、茎粗、叶面积、株高、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、壮苗指数、叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率大于其它处理。认为秸秆基质+蛭石或草炭可以代替50%草炭+50%蛭石(对照)用于黄瓜育苗,而50%秸秆+50%河沙和100%秸秆处理的育苗效果不好。 With cucumber cuhivar No, 10 Jinyou as the experimental material, the influence of differrent formula of wheat stalks sub- strate on growth vigor and leaf photosynthetic property was studied. The results showed that adding vermiculite or peat into stalks substrate could significantly improved its physical and chemical properties, Leaf number, stem thickness, leaf area, plant height, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, strong seedlings index, leaf chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of cucumber seedlings in 50% stalks +50% vermiculite and 50% stalks +50% peat treatment were higher than that of other treatments. 50% stalks+50% vermiculite or 50% peat could replace 50% peat +50% vermiculite (CK) in raising cucumber seedlings, But the raising seedlings effects of 50% stalks+50% river sand and 100% stalks treatments were obviously poorer.
