摘要 通过分析燃煤有机热载体炉的燃烧特性,针对其非线性多维、干扰因素多、不确定因素多、滞后性大和惯性大等特点,采用分段控制、前馈控制、模糊控制和自校正PID控制等智能控制算法,使炉的出口温度达到设定精度要求和燃煤燃烧效率达到最优控制效果,在国内首次实现燃煤有机热载体炉±1℃的高精度出口温度控制。 By analyzing the characteristics of combustion in coal-fired organic heat-transfer material heater, it is known that there are the features such as non-linearity multi-dimensional system, more interference and uncertainty factors, big lags and large inertia etc., which is an object to be hard controlled. Based on conventional PID, the intelligent algorithms of subsection control, feed forward control, fuzzy control and self-adjustment PID control are designed to keep a certain negative pressure in heater hearth so as to make the outlet temperature of organic heat transfer material having required precision of control and the coal combustion efficiency having optimum control effectiveness, which realizes the temperature control with a higher precision of ( 1~ for coal-fired organic heat transfer material heater first time in China.
