摘要
目的了解石家庄地区青年脑梗死和冠心病患者(年龄<=45岁)血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平及血脂含量的变化。方法采用荧光偏振免疫分析方法,对40例脑梗死患者,40例冠心病患者及50例健康人进行血清Hcy的检测,同时测定其血脂水平。结果3组血清Hcy水平各不相同,脑梗死患者血清Hcy水平为(29.5±13.4)μmol/L,冠心病患者血清Hcy水平为(23.5±11.5)μmol/L,与正常对照组(12.2±5.9)μmol/L比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。脑梗死和冠心病患者血清Hcy水平与血脂无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论高Hcy血症是青年脑梗死及冠心病患者的独立致病因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine ( Hcy ) levels in the young patients with cerebral in farction and coronary heart disease ( CHD ) in Shijiazhuang region and evaluate the relationship between the serum Hcy levels and lipid levels. Methods Serum Hcy levels of 40 Patients with cerebral infarction and 40 partients with CHD and 50 normal controls were measured with Fluorescence Polarization Immunoassay ( FPIA). Their serum lipid levels were examined with automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results The mean serum Hcy level was (29.5 ± 13.4) umol/L for cerebral infarction patients, {23.5 ± 11.5 ) umol/L for CHD,and ( 12.2 ± 5.9 ) umol/L for normal subjects. Statistically, the mean serum Hcy levels of cerebral infarction and CHD patients were significantly higher than those of the normals subjects (P 〈 0. 01 ). No significant correlation was found between the serum Hcy and serum lipid in the patients with cerebral infarction and CHD patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinaemia is an independent risk factor for the patients with cerebral in farction and CHD.
