摘要
目的促进DXA骨密度测量技术的临床应用和提高骨密度诊断的精度。方法描述DXA骨密度仪测量技术原理和参数,阐述当前骨吸收测量技术的利与弊。结果提出筛查处于骨折危险状态人群的检测方法。结论展望未来骨质测量技术的应用。
Objectives To improve the accuracy of diagnosis of osteoporosis and promote the clinical use of dual - energy x - ray photon absorptiometry for assessment of osteoporosis. Methods The physical meaning of BMD and other relative parameter of DXA was described. The advantages and disadvantages of current absorptiometric techniques were presented. Results Identify the provision of means for the effective treatment of excessive bone loss groups of subjects at risk of fracture were put forward. Conclusion Bone measurement techniques may be widely used in medical science.
