摘要
对比分析了外保温与内保温两种外墙保温方式。通过对墙体热工性能(即墙体的温度分布、内表面温度)的分析和计算以及采用建筑节能设计分析软件CHEC对选定建筑进行能耗模拟计算,分析了两种保温方式的优劣。研究表明外墙外保温方式在提高室内舒适度,减少墙体开裂,消除热桥影响及降低能耗等方面优于内保温方式。
The two heat insulating ways that are outside heat insulating and inside heat insulating were compared. Wall thermal performance that is the temperature distribution and wall inside surface tempemtttre was analyzed. Energy cost to the certain building was calculated by using CHEC simulated software. Based on the above, the advantage and disadvantage of the two heat insulating ways were analyzed. The result shows that the outside heat insulating way is better than the inside heat insulating way in some ways. To use the way of outside beat insulating, room comfort was enhanced and wall crazing was reduced. The influence of themal bridges on heat insulating was eliminated effectively and energy cost was also reduced.
