摘要
介绍了境外某钾镁盐矿地层岩性及其特殊性,通过20余组钻井液现场配方试验和使用,分析了不同钻井液对不同含盐地层的溶蚀原因,经配方改进和优化,总结出了石盐层、钾石盐层、光卤石层等可溶性岩盐地层的钻井液适宜性配方,保证了该矿区含盐地层钻探护孔和取心质量,提出了钻井液改进方向。
The paper introduced the strata lithology and particularity of a K - Mg salt deposit. According to the results for more than 20 experiments and applications, dissolution causes of different drilling fluids in different saline strata were analyzed. With improvement and optimization, the suitable formulas for drilling fluid were summarized for halite layer, sylvine layer, earnallite layer and some other dissolubility halite strata.
