摘要 研究了酸性含氧萃取剂仲壬基苯氧基乙酸在硫酸介质中萃取Ga(Ⅲ)的性能和机理.考察了酸度、萃取剂浓度、硫酸根离子浓度等条件对萃取率的影响.用斜率法、等摩尔系列法及饱和容量法确定了萃合物的组成为GaA3.提出了酸性条件下的萃取反应方程式.为CA-100萃取Ga(Ⅲ)的实际应用提供了一些基本数据. The distribution of gallium( Ⅲ ) from stdphuric acid solution with secnonylphenoxy acetic acld(CA - 100) in kerosene has been investigated under various conditions. Effects of initial pH, CA - 100 concentration, equilibration time, Ga ( Ⅲ ) and SO4^2 - concentration were investigated. Extraction mechanism are discussed on the basis of slope- analysis method,constant molecular series method and saturation capacity method. It was found that gallium(Ⅲ ) was extracted into the organic phase by formation of the CaA3 form The equilibrium equations are proposed on the basis of the results obtained. This paper provides some basic data for extraction of gallium(Ⅲ ) in real application.
