生长时间对ZnO纳米棒形貌和光学性能的影响

摘要 在低温条件下,利用化学溶液沉积法(CBD)成功在Si(100)衬底上生长出近一维ZnO纳米棒阵列.采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光谱(PL)对样品进行结构、形貌和光学性能分析.结果表明:产物为结晶良好的六角结构晶体.随着生长时间的增加,ZnO纳米棒的尺寸随之增大.PL测试表明产物有较好的光致发光性能,并且随着纳米棒尺寸的减小,紫外发射峰发生蓝移现象. At low temperature the ZnO nanorods were synthesized on Si (100) substrate by the chemical solution deposition method (CBD). The structure, morphologies and photoluminescence properties were characterized by means of X - ray powder diffraction (XRD), scan electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL). The XRD and SEM results indicated that the nanorods were ZnO hexagonal wurtzite structure, and the diameter of nanorods increased with the reaction time. Photoluminescence measurements were also carried out, the result showed a blue shift in violet emission with the reduction in crystal size.
