摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了MeFe2O4/SiO2(Me=Co,Ni,Zn)纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的结构、形貌和磁性进行分析.结果表明:经900℃热处理后得到的样品均为粒径均匀的尖晶石结构铁氧体纳米复合材料.室温下CoFe2O4/SiO2和NiFe2O4/SiO2为亚铁磁性,ZnFe2O4/SiO2则呈顺磁性.
MeFe2O4/SiO2( Me = Co, Ni, Zn)nanocomposites have been prepared by solgel method. The structure, morphology and magnetic properties of samples are investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD), tramsmission electron microscope(TEM), and vibrating sample magnometry(VSM ). The results show that all samples are uniform spinel ferrite nanocomposites after being calcined at 900 ℃. CoFe2O4/SiO2 and NiFe2O4/SiO2 are ferrimagnectism at room temperature, while ZnFe2O4/SiO2 is paramagnetism.
