摘要
拉曼光谱是一种基于非弹性散射的散射光谱,反映了物质分子组成和结构方面的信息。近年来,许多学者对不同肿瘤发生发展中拉曼光谱的变化作了许多探索性的研究。本文综述了拉曼光谱原理及其在恶性肿瘤患者的组织实体、组织切片、血清和单细胞等方面的研究进展,显示拉曼光谱在肿瘤诊断中的潜在临床应用价值。
Raman spectrum is a speetrum which is base on inelastic scattering, it indicates the information of the constitutes and frameworkes of substance moleculars. Recently, many scholars have been making great exploratory research about the change of Raman spectrum in the development of the different tumors. This paper discusses the principle of Raman spectrum and the development of it's use in tissue entity, histological sections, serum and single cell of malignant tumor patients. It shows the potential clinical application of Raman spectrum in the tumor diagnosis.
