摘要
在对传统激光三角位移传感结构分析的基础上,提出了一种新的结构设计方案,推导出了相应的测距方程表达式。并对其进行了理论分析,表明此结构设计方案是可行的,并且在探测器尺寸一定的情况下利用此结构可以大大地提高测量范围。
A new kind of structure was designed after analyzed the traditional laser displacement sensor, and the distance measuring equation was also given. By analyzing the equation we found that this new structure was really feasible, it can enlarge the measure region in a great deal when the size of the detector is limited.
