摘要
再现物体的三维信息是全息成像的特点,正确的相位信息对测量的准确性有着重要的意义。本文研究了离轴无透镜傅里叶变换数字全息中,用非原参考光再现三维物体而引入的相位畸变问题,通过详细的理论分析,得出相应的相位畸变表达式。根据畸变表达式,可以校正畸变的再现像光场分布,得到正确的再现像光场分布,重建正确的三维图像,并通过计算机模拟证明了分析的正确性。
Tbe reconstruction of 3D information of object is the feature of digital holography, and the correct phase information has very important role for the testing accuracy. In this paper , the phase distortion has been discussed , by using different reeonstmetion beam to reconstruct digital holographic image of 3D object in lensless Fourier holography. The theoretic analysis has been presented, and the corresponding formulation has been derived. Aecording to the formulation, the correct constructed 3D image can be obtained by rectifying phase distortion. The simulative results verify theoretic analysis is proper.
