摘要
建设和谐文化是社会和谐的思想道德基础。大众文化对当前构建社会主义和谐社会发挥着积极作用,其主要表现是:提高了大众的生活质量;开辟了文化普及的新途径;促进了文化产业的发展;加速了文化多元化的进程。
Constructing a socialist harmonious society is a major strategic decision made by Central Committee of the CPC in the Third Session of the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC, and the building of a harmonious culture is the ideological and moral basis for social harmony. Currently,mass culture plays a positive function in the construction of socialist harmonions society ;it improves the quality of the public life, blazes new approaches to cultural populization, develops cultural industry and accelerates cultural pluralization.
