Viewing the Science of Economic Analysis from the Perspective of Law Methodology

研究法学应从基础即方法入手。作为新兴的方法之一,经济分析法学日益受到重视。经济分析法学是法学与经济学相互渗透的产物,吸收了两学科各自的优点。我国法学界应重视这一方法对法学研究的作用,对其优势予以借鉴。

The study of science of law should proceed from basis, or methods. The method of economic analysis, as a new approach, receives more attention, for it is the infiltrated product of laws and economics, absorbing merits of the two disciplines. Therefore,the legal circle should attach more importance to the method with regard to its effects on the study of laws so as to make full use of the method.
