摘要 采用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE),研究不同浓度重金属Cd2+对四膜虫核DNA的损伤作用。以拖尾率、细胞损伤率和专用单位为指标,探讨DNA损伤级别与Cd2+处理浓度间的相关性。结果表明,随着Cd2+浓度的升高,拖尾率、细胞损伤率和专用单位均呈上升趋势,说明重金属Cd2+对四膜虫核DNA损伤具有明显的浓度效应。 The damage effects of heavy metal Cd^2+ with different concentrations on nuclear DNA in Tetrahymena thermophila were studied by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE). With the tailing rate, the rate of damaged cells and arbitrary units as indexes, the relativity between the DNA damage levels and Cd^2+ treatment concentration was discussed. The results showed that the tailing rate, the rate of damaged cells and arbitrary units all showed increasing trends with the increasing of Cd^2+ concentration, which indicated that heavy metal Cd^2+ had an obvious concentration effect on the damage of nuclear DNA in T. thermophila.
