摘要
[目的]发展低焦油卷烟,开展原料烟叶的低焦油研究。[方法]采集湖南主产烟区B2F、C3F、X2F 3个等级烟叶样本757份,测定单料烟的焦油释放量,分析比较湖南烤烟烟叶焦油量在等级间、品种间、年度间、地区间、生态区域间差异。[结果]湖南烤烟B2F、C3F、X2F3个等级的单料烟,不同等级的焦油释放量为:B2F>C3F>X2F,等级间存在极显著差异;主栽品种云烟85的烟叶每支烟的焦油量较高,与云烟87和K326之间存在显著差异,云烟87和K326之间不存在显著差异;不同年度间的焦油释放量存在极显著差异,每支烟的焦油量有逐年减少趋势;不同地区间的焦油释放量存在显著差异;不同生态区的焦油释放量是湘西北烟区>湘南烟区>湘中烟区,存在显著差异。[结论]该研究为对卷烟企业选择使用原料和产区调整栽培技术具有重要参考价值。
[Objective] The objective of the research was to develop low-tar cigarette and study on low tar of material tobacco leaves, [Method] 757 tobacco leaf samples with 3 grades of B2F, C3F and X2F were collected from tobacco producing areas in Hunan province to determine tar content of the unblended cigarettes and compare the difference of tar content in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco from Htman province among different grades, varieties, years, areas and ecological regions, [Result] Tar contents of the unblended cigarettes with 3 grades were B2F 〉 C3F 〉 X2F and there was an extremely significant difference between different grades. Tar content of single cigarette for mainly cultivated variety Yunyan 85 was higher, which had a significant difference with Yunyan 87 and K326. While significant difference didn't exist between Yunyan 87 and K326, Tar content between different years had an extremely significant difference and tar content of single cigarette had a decreasing trend year by year. Tar content had a significant difference between different areas. Tar contents in different ecological regions were Northwest tobacco regions of Hunan province 〉 South tobacco regions of Htman province 〉 Middle tobacco regions of Hunan province. There was a significant difference between different ecological regions. [Conclusion] The research had important reference values for selecting materials by cigarette enterprise and regulating cultivation technologies in producing area.
