商业服务业用地与土地储备规模研究——以武汉市为例

Study on the Land for Use of Business and Service Industry and the Scale of Land Reserve

在定量分析武汉市商业服务业用地需求趋势和土地需求总量的基础上,预测分析了至2010年武汉经营性建设用地的土地需求,在此基础上,对武汉市土地储备规模和储备周期的合理确定提出建议。

Based on the quantitative analysis of the demand tendency of land for use of business and service industry and the land aggregate demand in Wuhan city, the land demands of managing constructive land in Wuhan city till 2010 were predicted and analyzed. On this basis, some suggestions for reasonably confirming the land reserve scale and reserve cycle in Wuhan city were put forward.
