摘要
在对民营企业三次创业特征进行分析的基础上,认为民营企业应通过制度创新、精细化发展、企业文化创新来实现管理升级,从而建立竞争优势,奠定可持续发展的基础。
Based on analyzing characters of the three pioneering works of private enterprise, it was considered that the private enterprise should realize management upgrade through system innovation, refinement development and enterprise culture innovation so as to establish competitive advantage and the foundation of sustainable development.
