摘要
本文对中药临床药学自８０年代中期以来发展的现状，就合理用药、中药配伍变化及复方研究、中药药代动力学和生物利用度的研究、中药不良反应监察及医院中药制剂等方面作简要介绍，并展望今后中药临床药学的发展，提出应加强其与中药临床药理的结合，以促进两者的发展。
This paper introduces the present status and development of clinical pharmacy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in such aspects as rational use of TCM,the compatibility research on Chinese medicinal herbs and complex prescription,the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of TCM,adverse drug reactions(ADRs)monitoring,and hospital pharmaceutical preparation of TCM.The hospital pharmacists should integrate the clinical pharmacy with clinical pharmacology in TCM in order to promote the joint development of themselves.
