摘要
通过概述采用浇铸法浇注球磨机主轴承轴瓦的工艺流程,指出提高巴氏合金浇注质量的方法,分析巴氏合金浇注的常见质量缺陷,在此基础上提出相应对策。
The process flow of pouring of large size bimetal bush by fixed pouring technique is summarized. Method to improve the pouring quality of white alloy is put foWard. Common quality defects in the pouring of white metal are analyzed and its countermeasures are given out.
