摘要 介绍了焊接气瓶用钢HP295技术要求,试验生产工艺路线,冶炼、连铸和轧制生产工艺技术,研制开发产品化学成分、力学性能、冷弯性能、夹杂物含量和金相组织检验结果分析及用户使用情况。用户使用结果表明:酒钢生产的HP295钢带基本能够满足液化石油气焊接气瓶制造和使用要求。 In this paper, teclnical requirements, process for trial production, and the technique of melting, concasting and and rolling of HP925 strip for welding gas cylinder were described. The chemical compositions, cold - bending properties, inclusion content, mets]]ographlc structure and application of the steel in customer's site were also presented in this paper. The results of the application showed that the HP925 steel strip produced in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company Limited could meet the requirements of fabrication and application of LPG welding gas cylinder.
