摘要
通过对20CrMoH钢中影响淬透性元素理论分析,同时综合参考日本及抚钢20CrMoH实物化学成分解剖分析结果,结合攀长钢公司生产的20CrMo品种化学成分及淬透性测试分析数据,提出了两种内控成分方案。通过对比试验证实对20CrMoH中有关元素含量进行控制,可达到控制本钢种淬透性的目的,同时存在淬透性不均现象。20CrMoH钢中加入W、V后钢材的σb、σs有所提高,但δ5、ψ、Ak值有所降低。
The factors affecting the hardenability of steel 20CrMoH were researched theoretically, on the basis of analysis data about chemical composition and hardenability of steel 20CrMoH, two concepts for design composition has been proposed combined with the analysis results on the products of 20CrMoH from Japan and Fushun Steel. Through comparison test, it was proved that con- trolling of the relevant elements in steel 20CrMoH could control the hardenability of the steel, however the hardenablity was not homogeneous. Mter addition of W, V, σb、kand σs were improved, but the values of δ5、ψ、 and Ac were reduced.
