大脑半球功能区占位性病变的手术治疗

摘要 目的探讨大脑半球功能区占位性病变的手术治疗。方法对8例脑功能区占位性病变的手术治疗方法及其疗效进行了回顾性分析,总结。结果病变大小为3~6cm左右,其中4例位于大脑半球中央前后回,2例位于左顶叶,2例位于Broca区及Vernicke区附近。经手术及病理检查证实为少枝胶质瘤3例,胶质母细胞瘤2例,Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤1例,转移瘤1例,脑脓肿1例。术后随访,2例患者出现对侧肢体功能障碍,1周后恢复,2例位于语言区的病变术后未出现失语,4例患者出现不同程度的肢体感觉障碍,但不影响肢体活动功能,可生活自理。结论通过影像技术对大脑半球功能区占位性病变的精确定位和手术理念方法的更新,对降低术后神经功能障碍起重要作用。
