摘要
在远程教育的师生交互中,在线交谈已经成为一种很重要的交互形式。本文从远程教学社会性交互因素分析模型出发,分析在线交谈参与者的特征以及参与交互积极性不高的原因,提出在线交谈过程设计六阶段模型,并对提高在线交谈质量的关键因素作出分析,旨在提高远程教育中在线交谈的质量,最终改善远程教学的交互水平。
Online conversation is an important form of interaction between teacher and student in distance education. Based on the model of social interaction factors, the paper analyses the characters of online conversation participants and the reasons of low interactivity, suggests six stage process design model of online conversation, and analyses the key factors of improving the quality of online conversation. The aim is to improve the quality of online conversation and finally improve the level of interaction in distance learning.
