摘要
现代远程教育的人才培养质量如何,这是社会各界及教育主管部门普遍关注的话题。本研究以全国电大系统的开放教育毕业生追踪调查(2004)数据为样本(N=15,602),运用多元概化理论和技术,对调查工具之一《电大学习效果评价表》的科学性和有效性进行验证。结果表明,《电大学习效果评价表》的测量精度比较高;从各维度对总方差的贡献比例的角度确定合成分数的权系数更科学;原评价表各维度的项目数量是比较合理的,但适当增加"业绩"的项目数量(6个),测量精度会比原始测量精度有所提高而且经济。
The educational quality of the modern distance education is always a topic which the society and educational government pay attention Io. This research applied Multivariate Generalizability Theory to the evaluation of distance and open graduate's learning effect. By statistics and analysis of the data, the results showed that the reliability of the evaluation scale on learning effect was relatively high, the method which the weight coefficient was given by computing the contribution percentage of every aspect to the whole evaluation was more reasonable than by computing the mean value of every aspect weight being given by the experts, items' number of the evaluation scale was reasonable, but if items' number of the "achievement" aspect is only added, the reliability of evaluation scale will be heightened and items' number of the evaluation scale will be also low.
