摘要
单体对UV喷墨油墨的性能影响很大。为了改善UV喷墨油墨的性能,通过考察单一单体对油墨性能的影响,设计了由NPGDA、EOEOEA和DPGDA组成的混合单体体系,采用配方试验方法设计改变混合单体比例的配方,测试了由混合单体所制备的油墨的各项性能,进行了混合单体对UV喷墨油墨性能的影响的研究。实验结果表明,混合单体的最优比例为NPGDA∶EOEOEA∶DPGDA=3∶30∶20。
Monomers seriously affect the performances of UV-curable inkjet ink. In order to improve the performance of UV-curable inkjet ink, through studying on performances of inks prepared by different monomers, the mixed monomer, which is made up of NPGDA, EOEOEA and DPGDA has been designed. The UV-curable inkjet inks were prepared by changing the proportions of the mixed monomer with the way of a formulation experiment. The performances of UV-curable inkjet ink were tested. The effects of the mixed monomer on performances of UV-curable inkjet ink were studied as well. The results indicate that the optimum proportion is NPGDA : EOEOEA DPGDA=3 : 30 : 20.
