2-取代-N-(7-氟-3,4-二氢-4-取代-3-氧-2H-苯并[b][1,4]噁嗪-6-基)乙酰胺类化合物的合成及除草活性

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of 2-Substituted-N-(7-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-4-substituted-3-oxo-2H-benzo[b]oxazin-6-yl) Acetamide Compounds

为了寻求高效、安全的除草活性的化合物,设计并合成了8个2-取代-N-(7-氟-3,4-二氢-4-取代-3-氧-2H-苯并[b][1,4]噁嗪-6-基)乙酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经IR,1HNMR,LC/MS等确证。初步生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物的除草活性并不显著。

In search of safer and more efficacious herbicidal compound, eight 2-substituted-N-（7-fluoro-3,4-dihydro- 4-substituted-3-oxo-2H-benzo [b] [1,4]oxazin-6 -yl） acetamide compounds were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, IH NMR and LC/MS spectra. The primary bioassay results showed that the herbicide activities of the title compounds were not excellent.
