摘要
以2,4-二甲基苯酚、异丁烯为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂进行烷基化反应制备2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚,并用气相色谱、核磁、质谱及红外等对产物进行结构表征。讨论了异丁烯通入量和反应时间、温度以及催化剂用量对反应收率的影响,同时进行了稳定性实验。目标产品纯度99%,相对于2,4-二甲基苯酚收率达到95%以上。
2,4-Dimethyl-6-tert-butylphenol was prepared from 2,4-dimethylphenol and isobutylene and in the presence of the catalyst sulfuric acid. The structure of the compound was characterized by gas chromatograph, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum and infrared spectrum. The influencing factors such as the quantity of isobutylene and reaction time on yield were discussed. And a series of experiments showed that the method had good repetitiveness and stability. The purity of target product was 99% with yield up to 95%.
