2,3-二溴-6-甲氧基-4-(4-对甲基苯甲基)苯酚的合成

摘要 以香兰素为起始原料,经溴代、催化溴代、还原及Friedel-crafts反应合成了未见文献报道的溴酚类新化合物2,3-二溴-6-甲氧基-4-(4-对甲基苯甲基)苯酚,总收率为13.7%,其结构经IR、1HNMR和元素分析确认。 A new bromophenol compound, 2,3-dibromo-6-methoxy- 4-(4-methyl benzyl) phenol was synthesized from vanillin via bromination, catalyzed bromination, reduction and Friedel-crafts reaction with an overall yield of 13.7%. The structure was identified by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis.
