摘要
《1988年教育改革法》的颁布对20世纪的英国基础教育产生了重大影响,该法案提出了许多基础教育改革的策略,如设立国家统一课程,建立直接拨款公立学校,"开放入学",等等。从总体上来看,这些改革策略主要体现了基础教育的市场化改革取向。改革仍处在争议之中。他们的做法对我国正在进行的基础教育改革无疑会具有一定的借鉴和启发意义。
The promulgation of the education reform act in 1988 had great influence in the elementary educational development in England in the twentieth century. This education law put forward a number of educational reform strategies. There are the implementation of the National Curriculum and the Open Enrollment policy, the establishment of the Grant-maintained School. All these reform strategies indicate the mechanism of market competition has been introduced to the elementary education in England, which have great influence in England＇s education development.
