双半环直肠下端黏膜切除术治疗直肠前突(附15例临床分析)

The clinical investigation of double stapled rectal half-circumferential mucosectomy for rectocele:a report of 15 cases

目的:评价双半环直肠下端黏膜切除术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用两把PPH分别在直肠前、后壁齿线上3cm处作半环,行直肠下端黏膜切除。结果:用双半环直肠下端黏膜切除术治疗15例直肠前突患者,均取得了良好的治疗效果。结论:双半环直肠下端黏膜切除术治疗直肠前突临床疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of double stapled rectal half-circumferential mucosectomy for rectocele. Methods： Fifteen patients with rectocele underwent the procedure. Two half purse-strings were placed on both the anterior and the posterior rectal wall （3cm above the dentate line）, respectively, then two circular hemorrhoidal stapler guns were used to make rectal mucosectomy. Results： The outcome of the 15 patients showed great clinical curative effect. Conclusion： Double stapled rectal half-circumferential mucosectomy is a safe procedure and have significant curative effect for rectocele.
