瘘管切开基底缝合引流术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的临床研究

Clinical study on fistulotomy with the basal layer suture in the treatment of low simple anal fistula

目的:观察和评价瘘管切开基底缝合引流术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:将80例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为两组,治疗组(40例)采用瘘管切开基底缝合引流术,对照组(40例)采用传统的瘘管切开引流术。观察两组的治愈率、创面愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕大小。结果:两组在治愈率方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗组在创面愈合时间及愈合后瘢痕大小方面均明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:瘘管切开基底缝合引流术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘不仅根治了肛瘘,而且具有缩短创面愈合时间,防止肛门变形等优点,是治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的较为理想的术式。

Objective： To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of fistulotomy with the basal layer suture in treatment of low simple anal fistula. Methods： Eighty cases with low simple anal fistula were divided into 2 groups. The study group （40 cases） received the treatment of fistulotomy with the basal layer suture and the control group （40 cases） received the traditional treatment of fistulotomy. The cure rate, length of the healing time, size of the scar was observed. Results： The groups had no difference in the rate of curing（P〉0.05）. The study group had significantly shorter wound healing time and smaller size of scars compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is suggested that the fistulotomy with the basal layer suture is a reasonable method for the treatment of low simple anal fistula. It could not only cure anal fistula but also shorten wound healing time and prevent anus deforming.
