基于DSP平网印花机刮印单元控制系统硬件设计

摘要 介绍了基于高性能DSP的平网印花机刮印单元控制系统的设计思想,详细论述了以TI公司TMS320F2812为核心的控制电路、以IR公司的智能功率模块IRAMY20UP60B为核心的电机驱动单元和以AT89C52为核心的操作面板三大部分的具体设计,并提出了在设计过程需注意的问题及解决办法。指出这种设计方法具有较低的成本和很高的可靠性,软件具有很强的可扩展性,只要更改相应的软件此硬件平台可控制三相交流异步电动机或三相永磁同步电动机。 The design idea of the scraping and printing control system of flat screen printing machine based on high performance DSP was introduced, Design of three parts including the control circuit based on the TITMS320F2812, the motor drive unit based on the IR's intelligent power module IRAMY20UP60B, and the handle panel base on microcontroller AT89C52 were detailly discussed. It was pointed out that this design way has low cost, high reliability, and the software has strong expansibility and it can control three phase induction motor or PMSM only change the software in the DSP.
