胃癌、结直肠癌组织中hMLH_1的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨错配修复基因hMLH1在胃癌、结直肠癌发病中的作用及其与胃癌、结直肠癌发生、组织分化、淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法,对42例胃癌、45例结直肠癌组织病理切片进行免疫组化分析。结果:结直肠癌旁正常组织hMLH1的表达阳性率为86.7%,明显高于癌组织hMLH1的表达阳性率44.4%。高、中、低分化腺癌组织中hMLH1的表达率分别为60.0%、45.5%、21.4%,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。胃癌组织与癌旁正常组织hMLH1的表达阳性率分别为47.6%、100%,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:hMLH1表达水平与结直肠癌的发生、组织分化、淋巴转移及临床分期有关,与胃癌的发生和淋巴结转移有关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of mismatch repair genes hMLH1 in gastric carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma and its significance.Methods: The expression of hMLH1 in 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue and 42 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue were analysis by SP immunohistochemistry method. Results: The incidence (86.7%) of hMLH1 in the normal tissue around tumor tissue was higher than that (44.4%) in tumor tissue (0.01〈-P〈0.05). The expression rate oi hMLH1 in high, median, and low grade colorectal adenocarcinoma was 60.0%, 45.5%, 21.4%, respectively. In cases with lymph nodes metastasis, the hMLH1 positive rate in stages Ⅲ and/or Ⅳcolorectal carcinoma was 22.2%, lower than that in stages Ⅰ and/orⅡ (55.6%) (0.01〈P〈0.05). The expression rate (100%) of hMLH1 in the normal tissue around tumor tissue was higher than that in gastric carcinoma tissue (47.6%). Conclusion: hMLH1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and gastric carcinoma. The expression of hMLH1 is related with differentiation, lymph nodes metastasis, and clinical stage in colorectal carcinoma, and related with lymph nodes metastasis in gastric carcinoma.
