经肛门入路Soave手术治疗先天性巨结肠(附9例报告)

Preliminary experience of transanal Soave surgery for Hirschsprung's diease (report of 9 cases)

目的:总结经肛门入路Soave手术治疗先天性巨结肠的经验体会。方法:采用经肛门入路Soave方式行先天性巨结肠根治术9例。结果:全部病例手术顺利,术后无大便失禁、肛门狭窄及复发等并发症。结论:经肛门入路Soave手术治疗先天性巨结肠具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,临床应用时应掌握其适应证。

Objective：To summarize experience of transanal Soave surgery for Hirschsprung＇s diease.Methods： Nine cases with Hirschsprung＇s diease underwent transanal Soave surgery. Results： The surgery was successful in all cases with no postoperative fecal incontinence, anal stenosis and recurrence. Conclusion： Transanal Soave surgery is radial surgery of choice for Hirschsprung＇ diease, with less trauma, quicker recovery.
