随着我国汽车消费进入旺盛时期,汽车维修行业也得到迅猛发展。通过分析广东汽车维修行业的现状,提出加快具有广东特色汽车维修业的发展对策,进而从高职院校制订汽车专业人才培养计划入手,提出改善广东汽车人才现状的对策建议,突出汽车人才的开发培养需政府、企业、高校协调一致,合理高效利用资源的思路。

it is time for China to enter the period of automobile consumption, so the automobile maintenance industry is rapidly developed. This article looks back the increasing history about the possession amount of auto in China during the last three years and refers to the countermeasure with special Guangdong automobile maintenance industry, meanwhile it brings forward some measures and suggestions to improve the situation of Guangdong automobile maintenance talent based on drawing the plan of automobile major in college, all of the major and relative parts such as government, corporation and college work in close cooperation in developing automobile talents to take advantage of the resource in reason and high efficiency.
