有效沟通在教育管理中起着重要的作用。高校学生辅导员肩负着促进学生德、智、体全面发展的重要任务,而与学生沟通又是高校学生辅导员的一项基础性工作,也是辅导员收集学生各类信息的主要手段。但是,由于沟通误区的原因,辅导员和学生之间常常难以实现有效的沟通,因而辅导员认识和避免有效沟通误区就显得非常必要。

Effective communication plays a significant role in education management. College assistants undertake an important task of promoting the students all-round development of moral, mentality and physique. For each assistant, communicating with students is their basic task as well as an important means of collecting information. However, on account of the communication misapprehensions, the effective communication between the assistants and students often can＇t be achieved. Thus, it is necessary for the assistants to avoid the communication misapprehensions.
