高校毕业生尤其是贫困大学生就业难的问题已成为全社会关注的焦点问题。在分析目前大学生就业竞争中贫困生所处的现状及其成因的基础上,从多方面对如何促进高校贫困生顺利就业进行思考和探讨,并提出相应的解决对策,以提高贫困生就业竞争力,帮助贫困生顺利实现就业。

Along with the popularization of higher education development, difficult employment problem of college graduates especially of poor students has been a focus of our society, which has paid great attention to it as well as our country and higher education researchers. Concerning and supporting poor college students＇ employment is also an essential demand of socialist justice principle. The paper analyses poor students＇ present condition in occupation competition, and discusses how to facilitate their employment from several respects, and also puts forward relative solving ways.
