创示范性高职学院人才培养模式改革的若干思考

Considerations on Reform of Talent-Training Node of Model Higher Vocational College

人才培养是高等职业教育的核心问题,示范性高职学院办学的关键在于其人才培养模式是否具有特色。本文以湖南工业职业技术学院为例,就高职学院人才培养模式在专业设置、课程教学改革、校企合作和国际交流、师资队伍建设、职业技能鉴定及人才培养评价体系等方面进行了探讨。

Talent training is the major question of higher vocational education. The key of model higher vocational college is whether its talent - training mode has characteristic. Based on Hunan Industry Polytechnic, this paper discusses the talent - training mode of higher vocational college about major establishment, teaching reform, cooperation of college and enterprise, international communication, construction of teaching staff, vocational skills certification and evaluating system of talent training.
