摘要
针对小样本和小失效数给系统可靠性分析带来的难度,以及可靠性分布函数和参数估计的不确定性和模糊性,运用指数分布族、最小误差原理等相关理论,结合实际工程经验,对这类系统的可靠性分析提出了一种新的方法。该方法在较大的程度上提高了可靠性估计的精确程度,其分析结果得到了印证,对类似系统也有较好的运用效果。
In allusion to the difficulties that small specimen and small invalidate rtumbers bring to the system,as well as the uncertainty and ambiguity of the reliability distributing functions and distributing parameters,a method to estimate the reliability is put forward in this paper. The exponential distribution family and minimum error theory are brought to bear combined with fact. The result shows that the new method improved the precision extent of reliability estimate in great degree.
