摘要
对不同种植年限的4年生、10年生、16年生有机茶园,分别进行了土壤脲酶活性、土壤养分含量、土壤微生物数量测定分析。结果表明,土壤脲酶活性与有机茶园种植年限呈正相关,以16年生最强,10年生次之,4年生最弱,说明按照现代有机农业生产规程管理,随着种植年限延长,能够促进有机茶园土壤良性循环,有利于活性土壤的形成;随着季节的不同,土壤脲酶活性也有变化;相关性分析表明,脲酶与有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷呈显著正相关,与pH值相关性不显著,与细菌、嫌气性自生固氮菌、好气性纤维素分解菌群落呈极显著正相关,与霉菌、放线菌呈显著正相关。
The urease activity, number of microorganism and nutrient content in the soil of 4- year- old, 10- year- old and 16 - year - old organic tea garden were analyzed. The results indicated that the urease activity showed positive relationships with planting -year of organic tea garden, it was the strongest in 16 -year- old organic tea garden, followed by 10 -year -old and 4 -year- old organic tea garden. It was proved that if tea garden was managed according to the organic agricultural production regulation, it would promote the well - cycling of soil ecology, and would be of great advantage to forming the activated soil along with increase of planting years. Urease activity varied with the seasons. Urease showed positive relationships with organic matter, total N, total P, available P, and showed few correlations with pH value ;and showed terribly positive relationships with bacteria, anaerobe free- living nitrogenfixing bacteria, aerobic cellulolytic organism, and showed positive relationships with mold and actionmyces.
