药用真菌桑黄液体深层培养条件和胞外多糖积累规律研究

Study on Condition of Submerged Liquid Culture and Accumulation Regulation of Exopolysaccharides in Phellinus igniarius

进行了药用真菌桑黄液体深层培养条件和胞外多糖积累规律的研究。结果表明:桑黄菌发酵培养基的最佳碳源是葡萄糖,最佳氮源是蛋白胨;最适合菌丝体生长发育的理化因子为:摇瓶发酵的适宜温度为26℃,摇瓶转数为128 r/min,pH值为6.0,培养时间为7 d。

The condition of submerged liquid culture and accumulation regulation of exopolysaccharides of PheUinus igniarius were studied. The best carbon source for culture medium was glucose and the best nitrogen source was peptone. The condition of rotating speed 128 r/min, pH -value 6.0, temperature 26℃ and cultivation for 7 days was most suitable for the growth of the mycelium.
