摘要
设计了一个直接处理原生垃圾的管式布风流化床焚烧大型试验炉,并进行焚烧试验,研究垃圾的燃烧及排放特性.试验表明,该新型焚烧炉在处理原生垃圾时,具有良好的排渣性能和稳燃性能,在合适的工况下,该焚烧炉可保持较高的整体炉温,炉膛平均温度维持在900℃以上,燃烧效率可达96%以上,HCl、SO2、NOx、二噁英的原始排放体积分数分别为58×10-6、27×10-6、207×10-6,以及质量浓度为0.223 I-TEQ n g/m3,以上排放指标都达到或优于国家垃圾焚烧污染控制标准.此新型流化床焚烧技术不仅适合于处理热值较高的垃圾,也适合于处理低热值垃圾.
A large pilot-scale pipe-distributed fluidized bed incinerator was designed and experimented in order to investigate the combustion and emission characteristics of crude municipal solid waste (MSW). Experiments indicate that this novel MSW fluidized bed incinerator has good performance in slag discharging and stable combustion. Under appropriate working conditions, high bed temperature (higher than 900 ℃) and high combustion efficiency (greater than 96%) can be obtained, and wean while the pollutant emis- sions can reach or be better than the national emission control standard for MSW incineration. The original emissions of HCl,SO2 ,NOx, dioxins were 58×10^-7 ,27×10^-7, 207×10^-8 in volume concentration and 0, 223 I-TEQ ng/m^3 in mass concentration, The technology of novel MSW fluidized bed incinerator is not only fit for disposing MSW with high heat value, but also fit for disposing MSW with low heat value.
